MESSAGE FROM

THE PRESIDENT

To the BCTC Family,

As I think back on my first 100 days at Bong County Technical College (BCTC), I’m struck by how important listening is to good leadership. I have gathered priceless insights that have influenced our strategic initiatives through innumerable conversations with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, teachers, staff, board members, alumni, community members, local leaders, elected officials, and educators.

I am motivated by the combined knowledge and vision of our BCTC community as we traverse this pivotal time in higher education. Building on our prior successes, we are ready to seize new chances and lead BCTC into a future of sustained expansion and innovation.
